150 Minutes per Week of Physical Activity

Join Get Fit Itasca this June to reach the recommended goal of getting 150 minutes of physical activity per week! That's about 20 minutes a day. Keep track and fill out the form on this page, a postcard you can pick up at the Itasca YMCA, GR Library, or from any mayor that participated in Bike with the Mayor in May, and send it in for the chance to win a prize at the end of the month.
