Smart Dining Guide
The Smart Dining Guide was a project developed of members from Get Fit Itasca's Worksite Wellness Program and Kristin Klinefelter, MS, RDN, LD. The Worksite Wellness Program is funded through the Statewide Health Improvement Partnership (SHIP).
These passionate business professionals saw a need for a menu of healthier dining options for their peers and coworkers. Often people will look to order lunch to their workplace, this Smart Dining Guide provide healthier options from local restaurants.
Each of the menu options meets the following criteria:
* Entrees must be 700 calories or less with at least one cup of fruit or vegetable
* Appetizers/sides must be 300 calories or less with at least 1/2 cup of fruit or vegetable
This Smart Dining Guide will be updated as restaurants change their menus. Please visit this site for the most current PDF.
